PSKN provides technical support to learners through its bilingual Support Desk. Accessible via email and telephone, Support Specialists help users deal with any functionality issues that they may encounter within a course or portal, answer questions on pricing, provide reports, and direct general inquiries to appropriate PSKN staff.

Courses are non-refundable.
